Woolgar Hunter are providing civil and structural engineering services as part of an ongoing redevelopment of the former British Leyland Test Track for the development of an Industrial park.

Our initial Involvement was to develop an engineering strategy to Inform and respond to a masterplannlng exercise for the industrial park. This Included undertaking a geo-envlronmental appraisal of the site and consideration of site constraints and opportunities Our geo-environmental team liaised closely with our civil engineers to develop a coherent and Integrated engineering strategy for the site, bringing together levels, earthworks, and drainage design considerations alongside ground conditions.

We are currently engaged In early design work for the next phase of redevelopment and this will also Involve updating the original masterplan taking account of changing tenant requirements.

Woolgar Hunter have also provided design for the mix of large, medium, and small Industrial units alongside bespoke petrol filling stations for the site.
